With over 25 years of paddling experience and more than a decade of coaching, Faye brings her expertise, passion, and leadership to the sport. For the past decade, she has been a driving force within our club, coaching paddlers of all levels and leading multiple teams with dedication and heart.

As President and Head Coach, Faye is recognized for her compassionate leadership and commitment to developing well-rounded athletes. Her coaching goes beyond technique—emphasizing strength, endurance, and off-season training to keep paddlers engaged and prepared year-round.

Kevin Baisley
Steers/Infrastructure and Risk Management

Kevin has been a dedicated dragon boat steersperson for over 4 years. His passion for the sport began in his youth, simply as a spectator, but quickly evolved into a lifelong involvement. Since then, he has steered for numerous recreational teams, bringing energy, focus, and enthusiasm to every team he works with.

When he's not on the water, you’ll likely find him with a good cup of coffee or energy drink in hand—his favorite fuel for early mornings and race days.

Head Steers/Social Media Coordinator

Justin has been around dragon boats since before he was born. The sport has taken him across Ontario, becoming a major part of his life. Most of his free time is spent on the water, either paddling, steering or coaching. He's has steered for the past three years, bringing both passion and experience to every race.
